“We had a great time at Marthas beautiful brand new house in Oroklini. Martha was the perfect Hostess, waiting up for us although we got there much later than we had planned, and was available per phone for questions. The house is lovely, and very near to the main high way as well as near the Airport. We highly recommend this house for families with children since it has everything one Needs. A car is a must.”

Lower Level
Living Room: A large, bright open space, connecting to the kitchen and dining area. It offers views to the veranda and garden. A flat screen TV is also available in this space.
Kitchen: Fully equipped including pot and pans and all things necessary to prepare a meal. There is a dining table for six.
Laundry Room: Provides a washing machine and clothes hanger for drying.
Restroom: There is a restroom available on this level.
Garden: The Villa is surrounded by a lovely big garden, with mediterranean trees & herbs. Outdoor furniture is provided on a covered veranda so it can be enjoyed both day and evening.
Parking: Free parking is available on the premises at the Villa's garage.
Upper Level
Bedrooms: The three bedrooms can sleep a total of 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200cm), and is ensuite with a bathroom offering a shower.
There is another large bedroom offering a double bed, and one other bedroom offering two single beds. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and plenty of storage space. Bath towels and bed linen are provided.
Bathroom: A bathroom with a bathtub is available on this level.
ALL rooms in the house are equipped with air-condition units.
A baby cot is also available upon request.
Neighbourhood
The villa is located in a friendly quiet neighbourhood near Oroklini hills, just a two minute drive from the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. The sea offers calm, clean water ideal for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. The village is equally as near and offers a cosy atmosphere, with its picturesque buildings, and delicious traditional Cypriot cuisine offered at restaurants. From the village you can enjoy lovely views of the area and the sea at the distance, as it is uphill. For fun lively evenings there are plenty of bars on the tourist strip by the beach.
You will find almost everything you need within a short distance, including shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, car rental shop, two 24hr bakeries etc.
Location
Larnaca International Airport is within less than 15 minutes car drive from the villa and Larnaca City Center within 10. Nicosia, the island's capital, is only within 35 minutes drive, while Limassol or Troodos mountain is a worthwhile hour's drive.
Buses are also available at close proximity (1 km away).
